Appointments & Messaging:
Appointments: Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings. Initial visits: Saturday mornings only. Messages outside these times are answered the next business day.**
Appointments are limited, and scheduling opens on a rolling two-month basis. If no appointments are showing, we’re currently fully booked within this window. Availability can change, so please check back periodically for openings.
Established Patients
Please select the appropriate appointment type when booking. For new injuries or concerns, an Extended Visit is recommended so we have adequate time to address everything thoroughly.
Follow Up Appointments - For Established Patients Only
Standard Visit (10 minutes): Best for adjustment-only appointments.
Extended Visit (25 minutes): Best if you need both an adjustment and soft tissue care.
Intake Forms
You will receive an email with a link to complete two (2) required intake forms online. Please submit these at least 24 hours before your initial visit. Appointments will be automatically cancelled if forms are not submitted on time.
Late Arrival/Cancellation/No-Show Policy:
To respect everyone’s time, we require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Late cancellations or no-shows incur a $75 fee. If you arrive late, your session will be shortened to fit within your scheduled time.
Insurance & Medicare Policy:
We do not accept or bill insurance, including: Medicare, workers’ compensation, personal injury cases, or any third-party payers. Our office is not enrolled with Medicare. As a result, we are legally unable to provide care to Medicare beneficiaries, including services paid for privately (self-pay).
