Appointments & Messaging:
Appointments are available Tuesday evenings & Saturday mornings, by appointment only. Messages received outside these times will be answered on our next business day.
Appointments, including initial visits, are limited, and there is no waitlist at this time. Scheduling opens on a rolling two-month basis. Schedules may change, so please feel free to check back for availability.
Returning Patients
Please be sure to book the correct appointment type. If you have not been seen in our office in over a year, or if you’re coming in with a new injury or concern, you’ll need to schedule an Initial Visit.
Follow Up Appointments - For Established Patients Only
Standard Visit (15 minutes): Best for adjustment-only appointments.
Extended Visit (30 minutes): Best if you need both an adjustment and soft tissue care.
Intake Forms
You will receive an email with a link to complete two (2) required intake forms online. Please submit these at least 24 hours before your initial visit. Appointments will be automatically cancelled if forms are not submitted on time.
Late Arrival/Cancellation/No-Show Policy:
To respect everyone’s time, we require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Late cancellations or no-shows incur a $75 fee. If you arrive late, your session will be shortened to fit within your scheduled time.
Insurance & Medicare Policy:
We do not accept or bill insurance, including: Medicare, workers’ compensation, personal injury cases, or any third-party payers. Our office is not enrolled with Medicare. As a result, we are legally unable to provide care to Medicare beneficiaries, including services paid for privately (self-pay).
