Our business days are Tuesday & Thursday evenings + Saturday mornings, by appointment only. Messages or emails received outside these times will be answered on our next business day.

Returning Patients

If you have not been seen in our office in over a year or are coming in with a new injury or complaint, you’ll need to book an Initial Visit.

Follow Up Appointments - For Established Patients Only

Standard Visit (15 minutes): Best for adjustment-only appointments.

Extended Visit (30 minutes): Best if you need both an adjustment and soft tissue care.

Intake Forms

You will receive an email with a link to complete two (2) required intake forms online. These forms must be submitted at least 24 hours before your initial visit. If they are not completed on time, your appointment will be automatically cancelled.

Late Arrival/Cancellation/No-Show Policy:

We understand that life happens and do our best to accommodate. However, to stay on time and serve all patients fairly:

If you arrive late, your session will be shortened to fit within your scheduled time.

12 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or changes.

If less than 12 hours’ notice is given, or you miss your appointment, a $75.00 late cancellation/no-show fee will be charged to the card on file.

Insurance & Medicare Policy:

We do not accept or bill insurance, including: Medicare, workers’ compensation, personal injury cases, or any third-party payers. Due to federal regulations, we are unable to provide care to Medicare beneficiaries, even if you intend to self-pay.
