Appointments & Messaging:
Appointments: Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings. Initial visits: Currently not available. Messages outside these times will be answered the next business day.
Appointment types are limited. Scheduling opens on a rolling two-month basis. If your desired appointment type is not showing, we’re fully booked within this window. Please do not double book to extend sessions
Established Patients
For flare ups, new injury, or new concern, an Extended Visit is recommended so we have adequate time to address that area thoroughly.
Follow Up Appointments - For Established Patients Only
Standard Visit (10 minutes): Best for adjustment-only appointments.
Extended Visit (25 minutes): Best if you need both an adjustment and soft tissue care.
Intake Forms
You will receive an email with a link to complete two (2) required intake forms online. Please submit them at least 24 hours before your initial visit or your appointment will be automatically cancelled.
Late Arrival/Cancellation/No-Show Policy:
To respect everyone’s time, we require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Late cancellations or no-shows incur a $75 fee. If you arrive late, your session will end at its originally scheduled time.
Insurance & Medicare Policy:
We do not accept or bill insurance, workers’ compensation, personal injury, or any third-party payers. This office is not enrolled in Medicare and does not accept Medicare beneficiaries as patients. Federal law prohibits unenrolled providers from treating Medicare beneficiaries, even if you would prefer to pay out of pocket. Please call us before scheduling so we can refer you to a Medicare-participating chiropractor.
