Availability shown is live and up to date. I am in the office by scheduled appointment only.

New Patients: Please book an Initial Visit.

Returning Patients: If it has been over a year since your last visit, or if you have a new injury or complaint, please book an Initial Visit.

For a 15-minute follow-up adjustment focused visit, book a Standard Visit. Best suited for chiropractic adjustment-only appointments.

For a 30-minute follow-up book an Extended Visit. If you need both an adjustment and soft tissue care, this is the best option.

Intake Forms

Once your initial visit is scheduled, you will receive a link to complete two (2) required intake forms online. These forms must be submitted at least 24 hours before your appointment. If they are not completed on time, your appointment will be automatically cancelled.

Late Arrival/Cancellation/No-Show Policy:

We understand that things happen, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate you. However, to be fair to all our patients, if you arrive late, we’ll need to adjust your session to fit within the remaining scheduled time. This helps us stay on track and provide quality care to everyone. Thank you for your understanding! We require 12 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or changes. If less than 12 hours’ notice is given or if you miss your appointment, a $75.00 late cancellation/no-show fee will be charged to the card on file.

Insurance and Medicare Policy:

Medicare: We are unable to see Medicare patients in our office due to regulatory restrictions. Insurance: We do not accept or bill any insurance, including Medicare, workers’ compensation, personal injury cases, and/or any third-party carrier for payment.

Chiropractic

Dr. Quiroz, DC has received formal training in a wide variety of techniques and tailors each adjustment to best suit individual needs. She is a Certified Chiropractic Extremities Practitioner (CCEP), is Webster Certified, Perinatal Certified, and is Certified from the Academy Council on Chiropractic Pediatrics (CACCP).

Dr. Rosie Quiroz
(She/Her/Hers) DC, CCEP, CACCP

Dr. Rosie was born and raised in central California. Pursuing a career in a health-related field has always been one of Dr. Rosie’s personal and professional goals. As a result, her educational experience at the University of California, Santa Barbara further fueled her interest in overall health and the human anatomy. Rosie earned her Bachelor’s in Biological Sciences with the knowledge that she would pursue a profession in which she made a difference in the lives of others. After working in biotech for two and a half years, Dr. Rosie realized she wanted more out of a career and that is when she decided to look into Chiropractic. Dr. Rosie immediately fell in love with the science and philosophy behind chiropractic and it was then that Dr. Rosie decided to change careers and enrolled in chiropractic college.

Dr. Rosie considers herself to be a lifelong student and nerd. She continually works to further her knowledge and skillset by staying up to date on current research and by regularly attending chiropractic seminars. Her favorite topics include neuroplasticity and human potential. She is a firm believer that everyone can benefit from what chiropractic care has to offer.

Dr. Rosie received her chiropractic education at Life Chiropractic College West in Hayward, California where she graduated as Salutatorian and received clinical honors for her work in the Life West Health Center. Dr. Rosie loves working with people of all ages and strongly believes that every individual can greatly benefit from chiropractic care. In addition to chiropractic college, Dr. Rosie has also received formal training in a wide variety of techniques. Dr. Rosie is a Certified Chiropractic Extremities Practitioner, which involves over 100 hours of post doctorate education in extremity adjusting. Additionally, she is Webster Certified and is Certified from the Academy Council on Chiropractic Pediatrics (CACCP).
